Mr. Rhodri Morgan: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the areas of the fabric of Crickhowell House which (a) have been signed off as defect-free by his Department indicating the date on which they were signed off and (b) have not been signed off as defect-free; and if he will make a statement. [38557] Mr. Ron Davies: The information is not available in the form requested since defects are dealt with by the landlord in response to specific faults in particular locations. My Department have no responsibility for the day to day management of the building which is a matter for the Welsh Health Common Services Authority.
