Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment, if he will publish a booklet for parents relating to education reforms introduced since 1st May 1997.

Answer: Dr. Kumar: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment if he will publish a booklet for parents relating to education reforms introduced since 1 May 1997. [37465] Mr. Byers: We have yet to take final decisions on the details of the Department's advertising and publicity strategy for the year ahead. But we certainly intend to reflect in it the importance of helping parents to take decisions about the education of their children and to work in partnership with schools.
