Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the oral Answer of 2nd March 1998 at 307 c690, how many of the 170 places in local authority secure accommodation proposed by the previous administration are now in use; and on what date those places not now in use are expected to be in use - Ref to 12 February 1998 at 306 c351-2W.
