- To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his Answer of 19th March, 308 c733-34W, on Cardiff Bay Development Corporation, how much of the £1.4 million has been committed to date; and if he will place a copy of the Scott Harbour rental agreement in the Library; what information he has on expenditure incurred under the agreement; if the minimum rent guaranteed under the agreement includes a profit element; and what arrangements he has for policing the agreement in operation. - Chief Executive of Cardiff Bay Development Corporation will write.
