Mr. McAllion: To ask the President of the Board of Trade if she will list the dismissal procedure agreements made by employers and trade unions and substituted for industrial tribunals under the terms of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978. [35697] Mr. Ian McCartney: The Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978 has been superseded by the Employment Rights Act 1996.
