Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his Answer (308 c459-6W, 16 March 1998), what payments have been made by Associated British Ports to Cardiff Bay Development Corporation under the development agreement; if he will give the dates of such payments; and if he will comment on future payments under the development agreement for which Associated British Ports would be liable. - Will write.

Answer: Mr. Rhodri Morgan: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his answer of 16 March 1998, Official Report, columns 459-60, what payments have been made by Associated British Ports to Cardiff Bay Development Corporation under the development agreement; if he will give the dates of such payments; and if he will make a statement on future payments under the development agreement for which Associated British Ports would be liable.
