- To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, if he will comment on the Public Carriage Office's policy on licensed taxi advertising in London; and if he will review this policy.

Mr. Brake: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions if he will make a statement on the Public Carriage Office's policy on licensed taxi advertising in London; and if he will review this policy. [34945] Ms Glenda Jackson: The Public Carriage Office consider applications for advertisements against the criteria set out in their publication "Advertising On Licensed London Taxis. Consolidated Guidelines". I have no plans to review the matter.
