To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, when Conwy County Borough Council submitted a bid for Government funding for its proposed tram scheme in Llandudno; what is completion date; if Conwy County Borough Council had planning consent before it submitted a bid for Govt funding; what steps have been taken to secure the refund of the Govt grant if the tram scheme does not proceed. - Includes figures.
