To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what assessment he has made of the effect that signing the European Charter on Regional and Minority Languages would have on the prospects for the Cornish Language.

Mr. Dafis: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what assessment he has made of the effect that signing the European Charter on Regional and Minority Languages would have on the prospects for the Cornish Language.
