Mr. Baker: To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what restrictions will be placed on Ministers' powers to withhold information relating to themselves under the terms of the Official Secrets Acts by the forthcoming legislation on freedom of information. [30300] Dr. David Clark: It is not intended that the proposed Freedom of Information Act should amend the provisions of the Official Secrets Act 1989.
