To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if he will publish a list of the submissions received in response to the publication of the draft Lotteries (Frequent Draws) Bill and place in the Library copies of those submissions that are marked as being for publication. - On outcome of consultation will place in Library list and submissions whose authors did not object to publication.

Mr. Sanders: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish a list of the submissions received in response to the publication of the draft Lotteries (Frequent Draws) Bill and place in the Library copies of those submissions that are marked as being for publication. [30305] Mr. George Howarth: When reporting on the outcome of the consultation, we will place in the Library a list of submissions and copies of those submissions whose authors did not object to publication.
