Dr. Iddon: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions if he has sought advice from the Standing Advisory Committee on Trunk Road Assessment for the purposes of the (a) Roads Review and (b) Integrated Transport White Paper. [28452] Ms Glenda Jackson: In July, we asked SACTRA to contribute advice in time for the Roads Review and White Paper timetables. We are pleased to confirm that we have now received an interim report from the Committee and this will be taken account of in our deliberations on the Roads Review and Integrated Transport White Paper. Copies of the report will be placed in the House Libraries.
