Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment, how many programmes for the education of young people on the dangers of illegal drugs he has implemented or made plans for and which were not in existence on 1st May 1997; and how much spending his Department has incurred and planned for the education of young people as to the dangers of illegal drugs which was not planned for on 1 May 1997. - Refer to the answer I gave today, c859-60W.
