Mr. Kirkwood: To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will list the levels of green pound compensation claimed for production of (i) beef, (ii) cereals, (iii) milk and (iv) sugar by each of the other EU states, showing what percentage is nationally funded and indicating where appropriate which payments are subject to the Fontainebleau mechanism.
