Mr. Gorrie: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will place in the Library the reports by consultants on the various aspects of the competing sites for a Scottish Parliament. [23539] Mr. McLeish: The design feasibility studies for each of the four sites were placed in the Library on 12 January along with a summary of the Comparative Transport and Environmental Assessment. I have today placed in the Library copies of the full Comparative Transport and Environmental Assessment report and copies of a draft working brief for the design of the Scottish Parliament building.
