Mr. Ancram: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales when he was first notified of allegations of irregularities in the count of the Welsh devolution referendum count at Caerphilly. [23171] Mr. Ron Davies: I received verbal representations in my constituency capacity shortly after the referendum on 18 September.
