To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, if he will comment on his discussions with the chief counting officer during the counting of the referendum votes in Wales.

Mr. Ancram: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will make a statement on his discussions with the chief counting officer during the counting of the referendum votes in Wales. [23156] Mr. Ron Davies: I had no discussions with the Chief Counting Officer during the counting of the referendum votes in Wales.
