[23161] Mr. Ron Davies: Following publication of press articles in The Scotsman and the Western Mail, I have discussed with my officials the various allegations made, and the terms of my answer to the hon. Member for Clwyd, West (Mr. Thomas), on 12 January 1997, Official Report, columns 39-41.
