Question: To ask the Prime Minister, if it is the policy of Her Majesty's Government to refer all proposals for and the detail of primary legislation to (a) Cabinet, (b) Ministerial Cabinet committees and (c) other Cabinet committees and sub-committees. - Includes ref to 301 c269W.

Answer: Mr. Campbell-Savours: To ask the Prime Minister if it is the policy of Her Majesty's Government to refer all proposals for and the detail of primary legislation to (a) Cabinet, (b) Ministerial Cabinet committees and (c) other Cabinet committees and sub-committees.
