- Whether the introduction of free entry at all times for school children to the national museums and galleries in April 199 is to be for all school children regardless of their nationality or country of residence; and whether the introduction of free entry at all times for 'old age pensioners' to the national museums and galleries in 2000 is to be for all old-age pensioners regardless of their nationality or country of residence.
