- Whether the Israeli Government, armed forces, or intelligence services are taking any direct or indirect part in the planning of joint attacks on Iraq by the British and United States Governments. [HL589]. - If the information sought were held, it would be exempt under exemption 1 of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information.
