Mr. Flynn: To ask the Secretary of State for International Development what new proposals she has to extend the know-how fund in the Caucasus. [95604] Clare Short: We have bilateral (Know How) programmes in all three countries of the South Caucasus and we plan to increase the level of our assistance to the region. We have no plans to develop such programmes in the North Caucasus.
