- Whether, in view of recent decision by Court of Appeal to refuse leave to appeal to Jeremy Bamber in respect of his conviction on 5 counts of murder, HO will now comment about conduct of police investigations in this case. - Includes ref to list of recommendations made by Sir Richard Barratt, HM Chief Inspector of Constabulary, in review of case of police procedures, in Library (DEP 4864).
