To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, what exports there have been by (a) the Crown Agents and (b) other export licence exempt agencies of oversize cuffs, Big Brutus cuffs or jumbo cuffs since 1991. - Ref to 1 February 1999, 324 c503W. (Holding answer 22 November 1999).
