Mr. Bennett: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions on what date each local authority in Greater Manchester completed its unitary development plans; and when he finally confirmed each plan. [96874] Mr. Raynsford: Local planning authorities are responsible for the preparation and adoption of unitary development plans.
