Mr. Dafis: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions when he plans to set targets for road traffic reduction. [94459] Mr. Hill: We intend to publish our first report on the issue of whether to set a national road traffic reduction target, under the Road Traffic Reduction (National Targets) Act 1998, by the end of this year.
