Mr. Boswell: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment what representations he has received over the past 12 months from (a) vice-chancellors and (b) others concerning top-up fees. [93379] Mr. Mudie: We have received a number of representations about tuition fees in higher education institutions. Prohibiting the charging of additional fees enables all students to have equal access to the courses on offer.
