- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, in what circumstances the presidency is allowed access to tape recordings of intergovernmental conferences; and if he will list those occasions when such access has been provided.

Mr. Bercow: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs in what circumstances the presidency is allowed access to tape recordings of intergovernmental conferences; and if he will list those occasions when such access has been provided. [92825] Ms Quin: The Presidency does not have access to tape recordings of intergovernmental conferences. Recordings are made only to assist the Council Secretariat with its note taking.
