Mr. Bercow: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what are the procedures through which access is permitted to tape recordings of intergovernmental conferences. [90702] Ms Quin: The Presidency and Council Secretariat are the only bodies which are allowed access to the tape recordings of intergovernmental conferences.
