- To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, what advice (a) his Department and (b) agencies responsible to his Department have issued for promoting and ensuring the safety of the public using the River Severn in the Wyre Forest District Council area; which (a) government departments and (b) agencies have statutory responsibility for promoting and ensuring the safety of the public using the River Severn in the Wyre Forest District Council area.
