- If, in view of complaints received re adequacy of the reheating of cook-chill food on wards at Clayton hospital, Wakefield, & evidence of breaches of DH's 1980 guidelines, DOH will order the immediate suspension of cook-chill catering in this hospital & the reintroduction of conventionally cooked meals.
