- What plans are there to implement sections 1 & 2 of Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation & Representation) Act 1986; & to meet cost implications required to appoint authorised representatives for all people with mental handicaps in connection with provision of services & right to obtain relevant info to facilitate an informed choice of a selection of appropriate support services.
