To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, What representations he has received from the First Minister of the National Assembly for Wales on the Government's legislative programme in respect of the Children's Commissioner for Wales. (Failed OPQ).

Mr. Ieuan Wyn Jones: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what representations he has received from the First Minister of the National Assembly for Wales on the Government's legislative programme in respect of the Children's Commissioner for Wales. [136887] Mr. Hanson: Since February this year, following the publication of the North Wales Child Abuse report, the First Minister and I have been in touch constantly about the legislation required to implement the post of Children's Commissioner.
