- Whether they have reason to doubt the reports of statements by HRH Prince Sultan Bin Abdullah Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence and Aviation and Inspector General of Saudi Arabia, that "Neither Kuwait not any other Gulf Co-operation Council Member State now fears Iraq" and "We do not believe in the toppling of the Iraq regime under any form".
