Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what (a) qualifications and (b) experience are required of his Department's civil servants dealing with claims to the United Nations Compensation Commission regarding Iraq; and what changes have been made to the requirements in the last 10 years. - Will write.
