Question: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, if he will make a statement on the Rail Regulators' Review of Access Charges; what assessment he has made of the extent to which the Rail Regulators have complied with his obligation to promote the safety of the railway; and if he will place copies of documents relating to such an assessment in the Library. - Will write (Dep 01/876).
