To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, if he will make a statement on participation by devolved governments in the IGC.
Answer

Mr. Bercow: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on participation by devolved Governments in the IGC. [139781] Mr. Vaz: The devolved governments have been fully involved in the preparation of the Government's IGC position and have been consulted at every key stage in the negotiations process.
