- To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security, what proportion of those claimants who are successful at disability living allowance appeal tribunals have had to wait in excess of (a) one month, (b) two months and (c) three months for arrears to be paid in the last 12 months. - The information is not readily available and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
