Mr. Sutcliffe: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will list the (a) current and (b) proposed legislation relating to the ownership, breeding and keeping of dogs. [85761] Mr. George Howarth: The following list is of primary legislation readily identified as containing provisions specific to dog breeding and ownership etc. Broader legislation, concerning other types of animal as well as dogs (for example, relating more generally to animal cruelty), has not been included.
