- To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment, what his Department's criteria are for judging an entrant to New Deal for 18 to 24 year olds to be functionally illiterate; what percentage of entrants to the New Deal for Young People are functionally illiterate; and what was the percentage when the national New Deal was established. - Inc fact that will write.
