To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, what his latest estimate is of efficiency gains and financial benefits that arise out of moving the North West Development Agency English partnership offices from Homewood, Cockermouth to Penrith. Decisions on location are a matter for the North West Development Agency.
