To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, when he will make a decision on the control of Leylandii and other hedges.

Mr. Rowe: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions when he will make a decision on the control of Leylandii and other hedges. [130631] Mr. Mullin: We expect to make a statement, setting out our decision on the way forward on this issue and the reason for them, before the summer recess.
