To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, what will be the total expenditure on Crickhowell House to make it ready for the National Assembly.

Mr. Swayne: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what will be the total expenditure on Crickhowell house to make it ready for the National Assembly. [70381] Mr. Michael: The costs of making ready Crickhowell house are included in the estimate for establishing the Assembly stated in the Financial Memorandum to the Government of Wales Act 1998. Actual figures will be published as soon as they are available.
