Mr. Kidney: To ask the Secretary of State for Health what the current prescribing status is of Etanercept as a treatment for rheumatoid arthritis and Crohn's disease. [125137] Ms Stuart: Etanercept's marketing authorisation is for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis where other drug treatments have proved inadequate. Etanercept may be prescribed on the National Health Service.
