To ask the Prime Minister, if he will discuss with Kofi Annan the allowing of sanctions against (a) Serbia and (b) Iraq to be lifted on goods relating to bona fide scientific and technological work, essential to food testing and civil manufacturing industry. - Inc ref to 349 c258W, 8 May 2000.

Mr. Dalyell: To ask the Prime Minister if he will discuss with Kofi Annan the allowing of sanctions against (a) Serbia and (b) Iraq to be lifted on goods relating to bona fide scientific and technological work, essential to food testing and civil manufacturing industry.
