To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what plans there are for the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council to meet in Scotland when dealing with Scottish devolution or European Convention on Human Rights cases.

Ms Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office what plans there are for the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council to meet in Scotland when dealing with Scottish devolution or European Convention on Human Rights cases. [116518] Mrs. Beckett: I have been asked to reply. There are presently no plans for the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council to sit in Scotland.
