- What will be the function of the (a) Procurator Fiscal in Scotland in referring to the court offenders reported to be in breach of a community order under the procedure contained in Part III of the Child Support Pensions and Social Security Bill; (b) local authority social services dept in Scotland; and (c) justice of the peace in Scotland.
