- What guidance is given to adjudication officers as to eligibility for transitional payments; & what steps have been taken to ensure that adjudication officers do not treat as an increase in income restoration of full retirement pension to pensioners who were in receipt of reduced rate pensions during their attendance at hospital. - Includes ref to Part 35 of "Adjudication Officers Guide" in Library.
