Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, What discussions she has had with the First Minister regarding the tourism industry in Scotland. (Failed OPQ).

Answer: Mr. Alasdair Morgan: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what discussions she has had with the First Minister regarding the tourism industry in Scotland. [159305] Mrs. Liddell: I have regular contact with the First Minister to discuss a wide range of issues. The Government and the Scottish Executive have already committed additional support for Dumfries and Galloway and I will continue to work with my colleagues in the Government and with the Scottish Executive to promote the message that "Scotland is open for business".
