Sir Teddy Taylor: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what estimate she has made of the additional public expenditure on institutions and administration in consequence of devolution in Scotland. [146198] Mrs. Liddell: The costs of bodies funded from the Scottish Assigned Budget and of the Scotland Office have been met from within the resources made available under the Barnett Formula.
